The Old Process (3 Steps)

For the past year or so, my sales process for new web leads looked like this:

  1. Lead comes in via my contact form.
  2. I reply to the email with some times/dates via assistant.to requesting a quick phone call.
  3. The person clicks a time, and we’re off to the races.

The New Process (2 Steps)

Barbara’s idea automates step #2, so my new sales process for web leads looks like this:

  1. Lead comes in via my contact form.  The person is automatically sent a Calendly link to schedule a meeting.
  2. The person clicks a time, and we’re off to the races.

 

I love little innovations like this, because they further-refine & simplify a process that already works. Nothing spectacular, just better.
