Support labyrinths are all the rage! It seems like every tech business is doing their best to hide actual support behind a maze of FAQs and bots that are almost never helpful.

Let’s face it: FAQs are almost never helpful, because they’re difficult to filter, and AI bots have the brainpower of a TI-81 graphing calculator.

So rather than try to avoid helping us, how about simply offering us good-ol’-fashioned support by way of voice, chat, or email? We’re take the waiting for replies that human support requires over the passive-aggressive avoidance techniques.
