I got to thinking recently:
- Just how fast can I make a legitimate site without sacrificing business objectives?
- How will that speed improvement impact organic SEO results?
I dove in deep and questioned all sorts of assumptions I was making. The result is a 61 point improvement in Google’s Mobile Pagespeed Insights score on themightymo.com – read the article about my journey to a score of 97 here. I haven’t drawn any conclusions yet about the SEO impact, as that takes more time to sort out.
